TRAINING WITH A FRIEND CAN BOOST YOUR PERFORMANCE AND MOOD

OMG, having workout buddies is the BEST!



It took me forever, like 43 years, to find someone I click with. It's hard to find a workout partner you actually like hanging out with.



I've been going solo for 23 years, but today, i did something different, and it was a blast!


I felt so motivated to push myself harder, maybe having a little audience helps, haha!


I've been missing out on all the fun, cute gym selfies, laughing between sets, learning new skills, and having those deep talks in the car. For the first time in ages, I felt young, energetic, strong, and girly, haha!



I can't even tell you how important female empowerment is, but now I see how awesome it is

when women train together, they're the ultimate hype squad!
