Nurturing your inner child

Inner child healing can be done in many ways , but there is one particular way that has helped me overcome significant barriers in my health and fitness journey , especially when i was struggling with body dysmorphia. Imagine your younger self in front of you at any age. A beautiful vulnerable innocent soul. Now imagine the negative things that you tell yourself in front of the mirror or as you try on your jeans or bathers and now imagine telling your younger self that.  You wouldn't be able to. Imagine saying it to your daughters. You can't can you. Our energy doesn't know the difference of age. But it sure as hell knows negative vs positive vibes. 

Speak kindly and gently to yourself,as you would your child or your younger self. Have patience and give yourself the right to mess up every now and then. Whoever hurt you as a child has no authority over you now.  You are your own master with that comes the responsibility of healing those wounds. Be the role model your younger self needed
