abilities!
We offer a unique
non-military style bootcamp. Why non-military style? We believe making
exercise enjoyable means that it's more likely to become sustainable and that
means creating new "healthy exercise habits".
Our 5 week bootcamp challenges are specifically designed to increase your strength,
cardiovascular fitness, endurance and mental toughness. Be warned...it will destroy body fat!

You will be tested both
physically and mentally, but along the way you will make friendships as a
result of training in a team environment.
The program is designed for
absolutely any level of fitness, whether you are an elite athlete or haven't
exercised in years. Whilst our bootcamps are physically, mentally and sometimes
emotionally challenging, it is not your stereotypical ‘treat ‘em like dirt and
make them do millions of push-ups' bootcamp.
Come do it with our outdoor
group trainers who have extensive backgrounds and experience in training groups of all sizes in outdoor fitness.
WHERE: All bootcamp challenges are run at the Romsey Recreation Reserve - Romsey Football Oval, Park Lane.
TIMES & DAYS: Every Tuesday | Thursday evening 6.30pm & Saturday morning 7.00am.
COST: Each challenge is to be paid in advance. Sorry, no casual payments.
SESSION ONE: Meet & greet then we conduct individual fitness assessments.
LAST SESSION: Re-assessments.
